We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as an Isa’s Ice Cream Zocalo Team Member! In this role, you’ll help operate our ice cream trailer, providing great service while working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re working with a team during busy events or independently during slower hours, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.

• Must be 15 years or older
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Flexible availability for weekdays and weekends (mornings, afternoons, and evenings)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Willing to scoop, serve ice cream, and handle food products
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from Zocalo Food Truck Park
Responsibilities
• Operate the ice cream trailer efficiently and professionally at Zocalo Food Truck Park
• Scoop and serve high-quality ice cream, sorbet, and other menu items
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace at all times
• Perform opening and closing duties, including sweeping and cleaning the trailer
• Work independently or as part of a small team based on daily business needs
