This is a fun, fast-paced seasonal role where you’ll work at some of the best public events and festivals in the Milwaukee area. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and being part of exciting events, this is a great opportunity.

• Must be 15 years or older
• No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, festivals, and evening events
• Comfortable handling cash and card transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Willing to learn scooping, serving, and basic food service operations
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from events and festivals
Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers with a smile at festivals, community events, and private catering functions
• Take orders, scoop ice cream, and prepare menu items efficiently
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Help operate and maintain the ice cream truck (setup, service, and teardown)
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Work both independently and as part of a small team
• Provide friendly, fast, and memorable customer service in a high-energy setting
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment before and after events
