Job Overview
We’re looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our Events Team! This is a fun, fast-paced seasonal role where you’ll work at some of the best public events and festivals in the Milwaukee area. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and being part of exciting events, this is a great opportunity.
Requirements
Requirements
Must be 15 years or older
No prior experience required (training provided)
Availability to work weekdays and weekends (flexible hours)
Comfortable handling money and basic transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and assist with scooping/serving duties
Responsible, punctual, and dependable
Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
Serve customers and take orders at public and catered events
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Operate and assist with the ice cream truck (with or without a team member)
Scoop and serve ice cream and other menu items
Set up before events and assist with teardown afterward
Keep the ice cream truck clean, organized, and presentable during and after operations
Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
